A late 20th Century large model scratch built ship of Wapping Von Hamburg

Wappen Von Hamburg, a 17th century German fighting ship, was commissioned by Admiral Karpfanger, and she was then employed, very successfully as a heavily armed Convoy Escort Ship. She engaged and sank a large number of pirate ships during her short but colourful career. On October 10th, 1683 fire broke out on board in the port of Cadiz. The magazine exploded killing Admiral Karpfanger along with 22 others and destroyed the ship.

This model measures approximately 42 in – 107 cm in length, 18 in – 46 cm in depth and 38 in – 96.5 cm in height. It is protected inside a 3 sided glass packing/ transport case, which measures 46 in – 117 cm wide, 22 ¾ in – 58 cm deep and 39 ¾ in – 101 cm in height.

This beautiful pair of French ormolu and glass tazzas, C. 1860, feature a striking blue green glass pair of dishes on top of poising cherubs resting on very detailed bases.

The dishes measure 7 ½ in – 19 cm in diameter and stand 11 ¾ in – 30 cm in overall height.

Pair of 19th C. French Bronze and Gilt Bronze Candelabras – This very attractive pair of French bronze and gilt bronze candelabras feature a pair of poising cherubs on a very decorative floral centre stem and heavily scrolled base. The top half of the candelabras can be removed to be used for a single taper candle.

They each measure 11 in – 28 cm in width, 7 in – 18 cm deep and 15 ½ in – 39.4 cm in overall height.

Pair of 19th C. French Ormolu Mermen Table Candelabras – A very ornate and detailed pair of French ormolu double branch table candelabras in the form of mermen.

The candelabras are stamped with the makers mark and measure 14 in – 35.5 cm wide, 11 ½ in – 29.2 cm high and approximately 6 in – 15 cm deep.

20th C. Murano Studio Glass Centerpiece Sculpture

This lovely 20th C. Murano studio glass centerpiece sculpture is a combination of a brilliant royal blue, warm amber and clear hand blown glass. The piece is triangular in shape, with 3 rounded points and a deeply recessed middle. The glass, aside from several slight scratches that commensurate with the age, it is free from any chips and cracks.

It measures approximately 16 in – 40.5 cm in diameter and from point to point, with an overall height of 4 in – 10 cm, and is Circa 1970.
